Returns
Eligibility:
You can return most items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

- Shipping: You will be responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
- Refund: Once we receive your return and confirm its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
Eligibility:
We gladly accept exchanges for items of equal or lesser value within 30 days of receipt.
Process:
- Request an Exchange: Contact our customer service team to specify the item you’d like to exchange for.
- Shipping: You will need to return the original item, following the same process as outlined in the returns section.
- New Item Shipment: Once we receive the returned item, we will ship the exchanged item at no additional cost.
Final Sale Items
Please note that items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a return and replacement at no cost to you.
